CSCA offers a 42-week weeknight and Saturday curriculum that can have you armed with a Le Cordon Bleu Diplōme and working in your dream career in as little as one year.
- Professional Le Cordon Bleu Training. The
study of classic French techniques combined
with modern American technologies can give
you the edge in baking and pastry arts.
- Short Term program. This professional and comprehensive program offers classes two evenings/week plus Saturdays to help get you prepared for your career in less time than you think.
- Located in historic Pasadena in
the heart of Southern California. The
multicultural area of Los
Angeles offers exposure to almost every world cuisine at your doorstep.
- Career placement
assistance service & networking. Our career services department can connect you with restaurants and bakeries, hotels, resorts, spas and cruise lines.

- Externship Program. Our externship program gets you out of the classroom and puts you in real-life baking and pastry environments, designed to provide you with invaluable work experience before you finish your diploma.
